The iconic rubber ducky that many had the pleasure of playing with, and those who didn't have that opportunity have already crossed paths with one, remembering happy moments from their childhood.
A unique artwork by OSIR floating at Taguspark and curated by Tapumarte around 2021.
In OSIR's own words: “InDUCK’tion is the name, and it marks the moment when we are living an “induced life”. At a time when we all need something that comforts us and conveys happiness and well-being, I went back to the childhood imagination (where there are fewer filters and the emotions are on the surface) and started to think of an object that could convey these feelings. A simple object but with great symbolism and full of good memories. This work is part of the REFLETE collection, where I use mirrors for two main purposes. On one hand, reflecting on the life we lead and what we really need to feel good and happy. On the other hand, so that whoever comes across the work can be part of it, transforming it and making it a little their own. This was a complex project that gave me a special pleasure for the challenges it represented and for the satisfaction it gave me to complete each step of the process. Believe that you are capable and you will be able to surpass yourself every day! It reflects the best in you!!!“
